Your loved ones who have passed,  will provide the Medium specific evidence (i.e only things you and the loved one could possibly know) so that you know that the message of healing is coming from them directly. 
Sometimes the healing messages from the loved ones are what you need to hear as opposed to what you want to hear - (E.g. Tough love)
